Information We Collect

CrossFlow Automation operates automated calling and messaging systems on behalf of the businesses that hire us. In the course of running those systems, we collect:

  • Phone numbers of people who call, text, or are contacted by a system we operate.
  • Call status and timing — whether a call was answered, missed, or returned, and when.
  • SMS content — the text of messages sent to and received from a CrossFlow-operated number.
  • Form submissions — the name, contact details, and message you provide when you fill out a form connected to one of our systems.

How We Use It

We use this information solely to operate the automated systems that our clients hire us to run — answering and routing calls, sending and replying to messages, and following up on inquiries on the client's behalf. We do not use your information for CrossFlow's own marketing, and we never sell it.

Information Sharing

Information collected through a system is shared only with the specific client business you contacted or that contacted you — the business that engaged CrossFlow to handle that communication. We never sell or rent your information to third parties. We disclose it only where required to do so by law.

Data Security

Our systems are built on established communications infrastructure. Calls and messages are processed through Twilio, and supporting services run on Google. These providers act as data processors and maintain their own industry-standard security controls. We limit access to collected information to what is needed to operate each client's system.

Your Choices

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from a CrossFlow-operated number. See the SMS Terms below for details on opting out.

SMS Terms

Consent

By providing your phone number to a CrossFlow Automation-operated system — or by texting a CrossFlow-operated number — you consent to receive text messages related to the inquiry or service for which you provided it. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with the system.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opting Out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one final confirmation message and then stop sending you text messages.

Help

For help, reply HELP to any message, or email [email protected].

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing purposes, and opt-in data will not be shared with any third parties.
